With pen to paper and the accountability that comes with community, we’ll write to our anxiety and to the coziness in our lives — through writing prompts, we’ll invite them both in for tea.
In each session, we’ll first explore our anxiety, discomfort and pain through a series of gentle prompts. Then, we’ll tap into the (perhaps neglected) coziness, slowness and simplicity that bring us comfort and meaning.
